Have any of you come across TOBSEN77? A little add popped up when I was perusing Facebook and the link took me here:
http://www.tobsen77.de/index.php

Although some of it is aimed firmly at Pulp, there's quite a lot that could be used for VSF/Steampunk

I bought some of his products, and they're pretty cool for VSF settings ^^

Tobsen is a regular on here - I first came across his work as a result of this thread: http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=17530.0

I have yet to purchase, but a prince of a fellow to chat with. I'd decided the dragonfly-ish flier could stand a few repeated parts to allow pilot and crew. Parts of two continents, and an ocean away, and he stated I had but to give my requirements, and he would make it so.

The fault that it didn't occur, of course, was mine. No excuse; in a word, 'shiny'.  ::)

He's a great guy to chat with or do business with. He's got a new piece in the works on his Facebook page with some definite VSF possibilities:

I like the Seagull boat. I can see that working really well with 7TV.
Below is a link to my blog. It's the place where I write uninteresting things about little toy soldiers. I do this because I refuse to grow up and behave like an adult.

I was about to chide you for not viewing the sticky for 'Where to buy VSF goodies?' when I did a thread search, and couldn't find same. If my search parms weren't in error, the lack has been sorted out now.

'Superfast boat from the 30s or smooth space ship' and I think there have been a tank or two of similar design. I see that my memory of the 'dragon tank' from Dr No wasn't one, though...

Wouldn't the Soviet 'screw-drive-er' have possibilities?

I have drooled over Tobsen's stuff for years. Once I see what damage I do at Historicon, I may finally put in an order.

I want a pair of those ornithopters for my French VSF project.

He has a jolly fine collection there. I'll probably send some money his way one of these days.
