New PS4 game on the horizon. I'm not a fan of the console but the trailer has already got thinking about a company for IHMN

That does look pretty good, and I can see what you mean by getting you thinking... ;)

Perhaps a monster hunting variant on the Explorers Club list?

I was thinking more along the lines of Baden-Powell and a very active order of Chivalry. The Moral opposite of Curr's Company perhaps.

I'd been toying with the idea of a secret knightly order, such as the remnants of the Knights Templar. Maybe I can work some of these ideas in as well...
"O Lord, Thou knowest how busy I must be this day. If I forget Thee, do not forget me."

Cheers

Crikey, sir. I'm looking forward to today. Up diddly up, down diddly
down, whoops, poop, twiddly dee - decent scrap with the fiendish Red
Baron - bit of a jolly old crash landing behind enemy lines - capture,
torture, escape, and then back home in time for tea and medals.

Is it zombies? You never saw them other than shapes in the fog and I got a distinct lupine impression from one of them.

Ready at Dawn has studiously avoided saying what the Order is fighting, save that it is "a powerful and ancient foe" in a "centuries-long war" and that welsh folklore was a big influence.

I believe the quote they are attributing to Malory in the opener is a reference to Sir Galahad, Lancelot's son. In the game, Galahad is the character the player controls. So its easy to see The Order is an extension of the Knights of the Round Table. The sigil is very reminiscent of the Worm Ouroboros.

Arc Rifles, Flamethrowers, Rocket Guns, Whitechapel... did these guys have an advance copy of IHMN? Methinks I need to have a 'word' with my publishers  lol
