Very cute. I know they've been part of Japanese folklore for hundreds of years - but they look like they are out of a Miyazaki film.

I love the Karakasu, both the old one and the new one, would definatly buy one or more if it ever goes on sale.

not sure about the Kappa though, it looks a bit too much like a cross between a ninja turtle and a super sentai villain to me, I think the tengu ones are better, they pretty much look exactly what I imagine a Kappa would look like.
Still like what you're doing and looking forword to seeing you do more yokai

I am a backer, but no worries- I like the figures I've seen (especially the Russian hacker) and would rather you not sacrifice quality for timeliness :)

I'd like to acquire some of these mystical Japanese creations as well :)
