I like the kit - it does have a lot of GW-esque design bits...but then GW just copied a bunch of WW1/WW2 stuff, so who cares.

I do think the side door should be re-shaped so it represents an actual tool box (though I'm not sure where you'd fit tools inside the track system...I agree that part has me baffled, and it doesn't make a bunch of sense.

The model looks beautifully cast though.

Resin for vehicles would be good.  Waiting to see more.

Resin for troopers seems very unlikely to attract my $$$.

Waiting to see what shows up in green/render/picture form before thinking of any money being committed.

Gracias,

Glenn

I'm in.
Smaller Kickstarters like this, with a low funding target and a realistic product return for your investment are my favourites. For less than the price of, say, a single GW tank, I can get a tank and twenty troops. That's a nice, neat bundle I can look forward to.
I'd pledge to something like this once a month if it caught my interest.

Silly question, bit as these are 28mm, and your doing so well, would there be any chance of a shrink do to 15mm - I think they'd sell like hotcakes. Don't know it you CAD designed them, but if so  (many happy thoughts follow)

Crazily enough, I could see myself rebuying them in 15mm as well...

Its all real world mastered stuff Im afriad. I have been learning some CAD but not good enough for production yet! Plus it just add a whole load to the process. Glue, plasticard, a knife and a shed is all I need!

:o I like it a lot. Don't know what I'd use it for but I'll be able to think of something. Got a pic with a 28mm fig stood next to it?

I will have photos on wednesday. The models are 3 part, the body, guns with hands and heads.

I still have not made the head moulds. I have been casting out multiples so I can do a sprue of heads. I finished casting them today, so will get the moulds made tomorrow.

I am reticent to release any images without the heads on! Hence why wednesday.

I dont tend to show master sculpts, I prefer to show the final product. The sculpts always look messy: different colours of materials and putties etc.

So these are resin casts of the figures. The one standing up straight measures 29 mm to the top of the crest on his helmet, so they are true 28mm figures. The models are shown with the "Iron Brother" heads.

Please note that the image contains a scale shot with a Games Workshop Cadian Imperial Guard. This image is for scale purpose only and is used without authorisation from Games Workshop Ltd.

The models come as three parts: body, head and gun with hands attached.

The penultimate row shows the Weapons Specialists, left to right Plasma Blaster, Flame Thrower and Thermal Gun. It also shows an unfinished "work in production" image of the Squad Leader. He will have a choice of two guns.

Here are some images of the heavy weapons troopers. The carriage weapon is a resin cast but the soldiers are all still unfinished "work in production". They are shown with a selection of heads from the range.

The top row shows the version with integral gunner. The carriage guns come with all four barrels shown.

The bottom row shows the mortar and missile launcher options.

All the weapons will be supplied with a selection of 2 appropriate crew each.

Here are two images of the wheeled Rhebok. I will have a plough and hatch as turret alternative ready for the end of the project.

Really nice infantry. Those heavy weapons are ridiculously huuuge (in a good way). Like the wheeled variant of the APC too. Very unique.  :D

Curtis, love the alternate versions, some really nice detailing. I really want the wheeled version now, will that be made available as an option to those of us just pledging for a single Rhebok, or am I better withdrawing for your kickstarter and buying it (I presume at a slightly higher price) later from your shop? Cheers.
