LAM Preview - Pulp Investigators
« on: 27 July 2013, 05:00:39 PM »
Two new figures for our Heroes&Villains range, Investigators, sculpted by Ernst Veingart.

And yes, both guys have a certain likeness to two of my favorit writers.. ;)

Release should be tomorrow.

Hope you like them.

Alright, I give. Who's the one on the right?

The fellow on the left though... that may be the best likeness I've ever seen of him on a mini!  :-*

A totally unexpected direction from LAM, I didn't see these coming.  They are very nice

It's not a beginning of a huge Pulp range though, just some figures I've always wanted to do mainly for myself :)

Shouldn't he be packing a pistol rather than a rolled up paper though? ;)

Perhaps he's going to swat baddies on the nose, like so many misbehaving puppies.   lol

Is it Robert E. Howard? Writer of the Conan and Krull stories?
'Sir John ejaculated explosively, sitting up in his chair.' ... 'The Black Gang'.

Yes, the prof already cleared that one up. The names are basically plays on their middle names.
