The plastic they are made from is a bit "bitty" (especially after removing any mold lines) which makes the painting surface a bit rough. Still..thereßs some usefull poses. I´m not too sure about the Psaltery Player. He Looks a bit eastern so what would he be doing in a norman Train?

Could he be part of a baggage train from the Holy Land? The Normans first appeared in our (eastern) sources before the First Crusade as protectors of pilgrims in the Holy Land. Pilgrims would have been of all Christian (and Jewish) denominations.

BTW - nice painting of a rather nice little set.
