Sort of a self-portrait done in putty.  Because I've sculpted so many zombies and zombie hunters, the idea of sculpting myself as one amused me.

(Displaced Miniatures no longer exists, so I've updated a few links)

That's a really good sculpt. Well done!! I couldn't come anywhere near that skill.

very nice  :)

I´m thinking of doing that, but in 1:35 scale.

There´s nothing better than seeing yourself (in miniature) on a gaming table!!

Thanks, folks!

Fantastic sculpt. One thing i think doesnot fit well is the hero scale sword with your true scale self.

A true scale machete would be perfect in my opinion.
Please help me with my Fallout rules, picture heavy!!

Sword isn't really "heroic"...it's more or less in scale to the figure, it's just that claymores are big swords :)

Also, thread-necromancy...again...

Very, very slow project, since it's mostly for myself, and that kind of work always takes a back-burner.  In short, I somehow convinced some friends that it would be great for them if they let me sculpt them as zombie apocalypse survivors. Mostly to practice on faces, but trying to keep the bodies as true to life as I can as well.  So far, I'm 50/50 on reactions to the likenesses on this set; one person was sure he knew who they were, the second had no idea.  We'll see what happens when I show them to the group at large.

Yeah, definitely going to redo the arms....

Also think I might be getting the focus in *too* close...still getting used to the new camera.

Great looking sculpts. Wish I had some talent in the sculpting area.
