They're both from Heresy miniatures.
The Scrawny one is a Blight with the weapon removed and the hound is a Hellhound with evil Scoobie head.

As I haven't got any of Uncle Mikes pentacles, I made these up to use as Summoning Stones for the Scrawny One.
