I'm always using metal paints. With a anti-shine finishing by army painter.


Here's a picture of my version of the dark age cottage by Stronghold Terrain.
I just added deer antlers by myself.

I was very tempted to buy a couple of those Stronghold Dark Ages buildings when I was at the Tactica a few weeks ago.
Unfortunately, they would not have fitted in my hand baggage on the aeroplane 
I'm also slightly sceptical about the teddy bear fur... Yours looks very good. But I've seen a few examples where it doesn't look quite so good...
But this is certainly going to provide a lovely setting for your figures

Was a bit sceptical about the fur aswell. But truly it is very easy to get it looking good.

I just finished painting the limited viking berserker by Gripping Beast. Was real fun to paint!
Might find his way on the next cinematic pictures of my vikings.

My next update is a more artificial try for photographing a miniature:
an Ulfhednar wolf warrior/ berseker.

You will see the full paint job in later photographs with some bloody battle scenes.
