Measure with a micrometer, mark with chalk, cut with an axe, hammer to fit, paint to match!

Oh yes, I'm afraid so.
I am rather allergic to shield transfers and pre-printed flags.
My argument being that I would rather see a painted impression on the table than a machine produced exactitude.
Also these designs were never factory produced and were often quite crudely done.........
Prolly explains my failure to paint many legionaries as well Lol.
