[Weird WWII]

Unfortunately, I can't get the rules to open - even though they are saved as a .zip file, I can't unzip them. The Hero & Villain Card zips open up with no problem, so I'm a bit confused by this 

Mind you, it doesn't take much   

any suggstions?

I had the same problem, but if you download them from here:
