I must get round to buying up some hot wheels just for this purpose, the problem I have is I collect hot wheels / diecast cars of that scale so most end up in that collection and not for gaming (especially my rare stuff from the 60's etc)  lol

nice job on all your stuff so far  :D

It's hard to see, I'll have to take better pics during the day, but there are some tool on the back deck and a 6 pack of coke 2 liter's on the passenger seat.  There's a driver as well, but he's even harder to see with the armor....

As always, any comments of suggestions are very welcome!

Now that's attention to detail!

It looks rather good, this car projects line is a real find for this kind of builds. I am very curious what the bits are you mounted the guns on. They look like something you pulled out of your bits box but I haven't a clue what they might have been once.  lol

That is looking über cool!  8)

I have had some 1/35 scale car kit wrecks for years, apparently just for this reason! :)

Cheers Mate!

The Maxim MG's come from Elhiem and the other bits are from Steve Johansen.  I think they came as part of the heavy weapons pack.  If your parcel has not arrived this week, I'll let you take a look in my bits box for 20mm.  A ton of SJH stuff!

1/35 is a great scale to model, you can get so much detail that in 20mm one has to approximate.  I'd like to have done some more wires and hoses going to the guns...  But I find the scale to be problematic for gaming.  The cars are just too bloody big!  The biggest I go is 1/48 for my 28mm stuff, but then it's almost always as terrain.

Looking forward to seeing what you come up with!

Thought I recognized those MG's I ordered 5 guns from elhiem as well, they arrived two days afters shipping. Gave me some false hope for the SnS package.   :-X

Now that's a very generous offer. I'm yet to have anything much of a bits box for 20mm Some 15mm sci-fi stuff that can work since those guns are often quite large for the scale. And a few revel kit bits that work well enough.

I would say the best materials for 20mm modeling is card, rod and tubing.  All plastic.  Add to that putty, brass rod/paperclips for guns and such.  If you have these basic materials and some glue, you can do lots with post-apoc modeling.  It's a very forgiving genre....
