cavalcade is closing

Looks like one of the only sources of Ming figs is closing down. Hopefully someone will pick up the moulds and grow the range.

I hope someone will buy their oriental gobs and orcs because the dwarves are now on top of my shopping list but I can't really afford the rest for now.

That's to bad I really like His Wako Pirates, I use them as peasants
I used to be with it, but then they changed what it was. Now what I'm with isn't it anymore and what is it seems weird and scary.

It gives me great pleasure to announce that Forlorn Hope Games has bought the rights to produce a large proportion of the Cavalcade Wargames range.

All figures are 28mm scale and it includes the Animals, Ming Chinese, Somali Pirates, French and Indian Wars, Fantasy Miniatures and last, but not least, the Fantasy Armies of the Far East ranges.

I will be posting pictures and the progress reports on Facebook and elsewhere over the coming days and weeks.

We expect the moulds to make landfall in the next 1-2 weeks.

Good news.
I've received the dwarves, troll and cows last week and I was hoping I could buy the orcs and wakos one of these days.

You certainly can, just as soon as I get everything into production this end ;-)

Are you going to be based in the UK too? My biggest obsticle to purchasing from cavalcade were that they would have to be shipped from overseas.

Yes we are UK based, check out our existing site here…
www.forlornhopegames.co.uk

I intend to keep prices the same but hopefully reducing the postage a little to keep the US price as close as possible to what it currently is, and hence reducing UK & European shipping rates.
