Top job Mister Bibblesworth. I do spot a certain train in the backdrop that would be very delightful to be seen finished...

Thanks again chaps  :)

Ties are a good idea and I'll put some on between the two stacks and the flag pole and paint them yellow as well.

Top job Mister Bibblesworth. I do spot a certain train in the backdrop that would be very delightful to be seen finished...

It's on the Mars thread and will be complete soon  :)

cheers

A nice piece of work! It's good to see contra-rotating propellers on your craft. Knowing a thing or two about torque, it always bothers me when models display just one prop.  ;D

The depraved British infection has despoiled the beauty of the noble Martian craft with their crude steam devices and obscene iron 'balconies'. How dare they sully the sacred form of our holy vessels!

Now, as to where we may obtain some of those 'cannon'...  lol

Lovely work, James; certainly tells the story.

That is a superb paintjob. The weathered white bodywork is brilliant, how many different shades of off white did you use? Also love the woodwork on board.

Many thanks again chaps  :)

Just the one, given a dirty wash and then brought back up where necessary and a bit of pastel shading to hide the missed bits.

cheers

Looking very cool there sir!

For the stacks, it looks like a fairly 'dirty' conversion of a skiff, so chains would be a suitable support for the stacks. Personally I would angle the lower section of the stack so that it comes out at an angle but then comes up straight, past the command deck.
So many projects..... so little time.......
