Hasslefree has a couple, Offensive miniatures as well. There was some armed police as well I think Wessex games has the moulds now.

Warm Acre games has some riot police but be warned they are small for 28's

As mentioned Wessex games bought the excellent urban beat range back in March 2012. Can't see any sign he has them for sale, but might be worth emailing and asking as they are a very nice range of SMG and AR armed cops in traditional bobby uniform and armed unit kit (I picked up the range for some horror gaming).

Not specifically British, but I use West Wind SWAT models from the Road Kill range:

I emailed Wessex a few months ago about the Urban Beat minis, and left them a message on their Facebook page, but I haven't heard a jot. but still, it might help if you message them too, as the more messages they get the more likely they are to do something with the moulds they bought.

The Urban Beat minis are lovely. I traded a couple and they are well sculpted and cast. I have got some of the No-Go-Zone police from Warm Ackers but they are not very good at all. They have weirdly proportioned limbs and the casting is poor. The Hasslefree are best, but they are also the most expensive. Offensive swat teams are a bit small, but are nicely done too.
Theres more 28mm Superhero Madness at my blog, http://fourcoloursupers.blogspot.com/
And for Ultra-modern Wargaming check out Hotel Zugando at http://ultramoderngaming.blogspot.co.uk/

TAG do SWAT teams that look pretty close to what 'full on' British armed police look like these days.
