Anything mastered now probably wouldn't make it till next year for production anyway.  So that's not a problem 

If there were a small number of orders, I might be convinced to pour a mold myself and do a small run over the holidays/Jan.

Small run resin castings usually go in the $30 per kit range.  It will depend on how the masters come out (difficulty casting all resin, etc)
