Given the amazing variety of Companies, and the incredibly diverse nature of the landscapes and terrain over which the Companies operate, I was wondering what philosophy players are guided by when basing their figures.
In my case, the basing for a Company is determined by their natural habitat, so to speak. The Companies that are finished, Pinkertons and a London girl gang, I am using cobblestone bases, as they usually operate in cities. I have the Servants of Ra in the works, plus an archaeological Indiana Jones-type Company: these bases I will landscape with desert sand and rocks.
So what are your thoughts?
[There was a discussion of this topic on the Miniatures Page, I believe, but I don't think it's been discussed here. If so, I apologize for the redundancy.]
