Offensive Miniatures release Opel Blitz
« on: 01 November 2013, 01:07:31 PM »
We have just released our 1/56 scale Opel Blitz truck. This all metal kit can be made to represent a DAK one as shown, or an ETO or Eastern Front summer vehicle.

There is a full assembly and painting guide on the reverse of the packaging, which is also available at http://www.offensiveminiatures.com/downloads.asp

Here are some shots:

DAK Kubel also available

As ever, a thing of beauty!

For those of us who prefer lead to plastic, the question is Bruce, are Offensive going to bring out some 'Western Desert' figures to accompany the vehicles?

Really like the grubby "lived-in" look. Much more convincing.

Terrific work! The DAK one with the over paint and wear is great. The early one with the green-grey is superb!

Yes we have some sets ready for release. All the figures you would expect for the desert war, and maybe a few surprising ones.

Keep checking the website.

A few sneak previews in our adverts in WSS and WI this month too.

Captured Breda with 8th Army crew is next out, very soon.

That DAK version is amazing.  Love the wiper/dust effect.  I might have to buy one of these.
