Is it possible to change the position of grandma, so that she is not falling forward quite so much, or do they come fully glued?

Much like the AT43 stuff they are fully glued, but what can be done depends what you are willing to do. You can dump them in simple green and they will come unglued eventually, or just cut them apart at the legs. The legs & torso are held together by plastic pegs and broke them apart & drilled them out, re-posing them with plastic rod.
Ohgod.

Great paint job on all of them!

Hadn't seen those sniper armor walkers before, are those normal kits or converted ones?

Nice work on the chopper. I don't play dust, but I grabbed each of the 3 choppers a couple tanks and 10 tenements during the FFG Sale for use in other games.  I went back and looked at this thread and maybe I should have bought some other units too...

Very nice work!  I'm very strongly considering dropping the guns and civilian-izing mine with a cargo container of some sort.
