Serbian officers uniforms 1916-18?

Hello,

   when the Serbians  got their new French uniforms , did the officers continue to wear their Serbian uniforms with the coloured collars ?

  I'm sure i've seen either an illustration or  a uniform displayed in a museum of an officer in the old uniform

  wearing an Adrian helmet 1916-18.
