Firefighters 28mm?

I've recently played a boardgame called 'Flashpoint: Fire rescue'. I guess the name is quite self explanatory, it's about a firefighters team getting into a house to save its inhabitants before the structure collapses in fire. It's a coop game where players are the firefighters and the fire is AI moved. Not sure if a boardgame suits the scope of LAF, but anycase I cannot but strongly recommend it, I have found it totally refreshing and original in its concept. Fighting fire instead of enemies? Cool!

As you can see, the minis are... cute. More than enough for a boardgame, a great sculpt for those, but I think they are a little too 'cartoonish' and they are all identical, so would like to replace them for 28 mm. firefighters minis. Besides that, each firefighter in the game is a different specialist (paramedic, CAFS specialist, imaging technician, captain...), so I would like some variety to properly depict each different guy. I still haven't found minis for that, do you know anyone who makes something similar to what I'm looking for?

I'd also ask for victims, but I'm afraid that's going too far

Mega Minis did some but they've stopped and haven't sold the molds yet. They weren't very nice.
