Hello gentlemen, I'm not gone just been too busy for the hobby  :(. Very nice entries here and that should hopefully get my painting Mojo up and running again, have 5 horses and riders from Foundry to paint that I bought off Ebay this summer.
The most important thing in the hobby is that you're having FUN! Doesn't matter if you win or lose.

Excellent entries so far, strangers!

I have Ellen Stone, which is abdolutely stunningly painted, here, and her sister from Artizan (I think?) on my clean-up desk (among all those Mantic zeds  :o ) atm, and may get around to get them ready for some paint during this challenge   :-*

I may even get an entry finished before #30... just maybe...  ::)
Ask at the LAF, and answer shall thy be given!

I'm painting the same figure and I've done his shirt blue too! His neckerchief is yellow though. I've currently got 16 Artizan cowboys on my painting table but I'd better focus on one or two just so I make the Posse! They're very nice figures to paint.

No. 27.    Will Parker

Foundry.

The start of my cowboys. I tried something new for the flesh and really messed it up, two steps too far.

No.30 - Johnny Reb

Here we go then, from the original Perry's plastic ACW infantry set. He was painted as part of an article I'm doing, so hopefully within a week or two I'll be able to show the rest of his mates (but not in the Posse thread).

I've got a 'proper' western model on the way, but I wasn't sure if I'd get him done in time!
