Crossover Figures--Added New Pics!
« on: November 24, 2013, 08:19:02 PM »
Finally got around to painting Crossover's excellent super-archer, Fletch!

I've been calling him Broadhead!

Thanks for looking!

Looks good!

And with the workout he gets from that compound bow, he can probably bench-press close to 500 pounds!

Compound bows are actually easier to use than standard re-curve longbows--but Broadhead possesses the strength level of an athlete who engages in intensive regular exercise!

I'm guessing it was either green or purple?  lol

Nice highlight on the black, good enough to provide definition but not enough to look grey.

I've been calling him Broadhead!

I just might need a trickster archer called bodkin now.

Thanks--I fretted a bit over the head choice for this one as they were all so darn good, but I settled on the mask head as homage to Hawkeye.

Decided to expand this thread to some new Crossover minis as I paint them up!

Also, some scale comps with my own SuperFigs line:

Rusti, feel free to throw these in Crossover Gallery if you so choose!

I blame a misspent youth for knowing where that quote came from off the top of my head.
