F+IW uniform advice

I have bought these French-Canadian militia form Redoubt- And the guy at the end is in some sort of uniform (an officer perhaps?)- any ideas as to how to paint him?

I did my Milice officers in a mix of Civilian and Army clothing. Blues,browns etc
