Hey, as a wise man once said (well it was Lardy Rich, but it was wise for him) something like, the vocal majority are like that because otherwise they wouldn't be noticed. It's the silent majority who might think, 'cool, I will order some' and not comment, that you have to play to.

I'm so zen it hurts sometimes.  :D

its amazing how TMP blow things out of context and proportions.

TMP is like Frothers without the swearing. Or the humour. Or the fun. Well, it's not like Frothers at all, now that I think of it. TMP is very much stuck in the 1980s. It's like a time machine. But not a good one.  lol

I have heard of Frothers but never joined that site.

TMP I use it to find thread that might have info I need but otherwise very really post there.

I am now pulling the plug on my Time Machine and leaving the 80's alone...

My wife was so surprised at the narrow minded comments on there. And she watches/reads weirder and stranger Anime then I do.

I hope we can get the project loaded but its not looking promising at the moment and with the Bi@rch war going on there who knows.

If it doesn't get off the ground I might see if one of my mates will try their hand at a CAD project and I'll just get them 3D printed off shapeways.

time will tell.

Read half of the first page. I think it's a few whingers that you shouldn't worry about. The positive energy is here.

I think that thread is a prime example of what is wrong with the world... a concentration on really minute things which are not important, while the really big problems are left unsaid or ignored.

Nice juxtaposition between 'sexual exploitation of minors' and using the term 'Jap' in the same post by one guy though. I suppose we should be grateful it's not a setting that features African-Americans.

Just trawled partway through the the thread. Wow. Typical TMP! Outrage and cultural insensitivity in the same breath.

yup its been a roller coaster ride.

I even had my man card revoked for the MLP painted tanks.
but I must say there are a few guys on there that are very supportive...

I'll be looking into other options regarding this Project if it doesn't fund.

I saw that! Feel the shame! Shame!  lol

What a bunch of tools.

Anyway, good luck with your project, I've watched the whole series, and was one of the people that chatted with Brent at Company B to get the decals going. Unfortunately for me, this was "A Project Too Far" and I have since had to just watch others as they do the project.

Stand strong and happy hunting!

Seems I am getting some positive feedback on the MLP tanks.

Also my Daughter handed back my MAN card when she told me she loved her tanks.

I really love it when I can play my games with my kids [even though they some times cheat really they do. The 5 and 7 year old are both shocking or it's that I am not allowed to kill their units and cry when I do kill them, but they both gleefully giggle and snort when they kill mine... It's not fair!!!!! AARRGGHHH]

Over all I have to game with my kids as their is no local gaming store or community. the closes ones are 45 minutes or 1 hour 20 minutes drive away. So for me I either try to find Solo rules, games my kids can understand and play. once they get older I can expand and get more complicated games for us to play.

Thx for the support guys.
