Sub-Roman Cavalry Leader - Lancelot
« on: 13 December 2013, 08:27:06 PM »
If Lancelot was ever more than a literary figure, this might well be what he was like.

This is a Gripping Beast Strathcylde noble, bought for a very reasonable price on Ebay. Nice figure, I really enjoyed painting him.

As well as being a reinforcement for Dux Brit, he will serve in a future Saga Strathclyde army as well (and if they ever do an Arthurian supplement, he's right at home.

Measure with a micrometer, mark with chalk, cut with an axe, hammer to fit, paint to match!

Very good choice of miniature, well presented too.

Oh, this is a nice figure! And a good idea to use it as lancelot.
