Special LAF Figure - Prof.Witchheimer - NOW available
« on: 06 June 2008, 10:11:45 AM »
Hello,

now time has come when you can get your hands on the prof mini!

It is available in my shop miniaturicum yet!

http://www.miniaturicum.de/

As the shop is setup in german language it might be not easy for those of you who do not know german at all. In future I will try to setup the shop system in a way that it is possible to switch between english and german. But this will take again some time and we do not want to wait longer with selling the mini.

To leave you not completly alone, below some rough instructions, but you may regocnize some screen as many other shops are useing the some software.

Of course you can also sent me a PM if you do not want to order via the shop.

So here some short instructions:

Do order you have to create an account, This can be done if you click at "Dein Konto" (your account) Or if you   press "Kasse" (Checkout).

Here you get to a screen where you have to enter your adress.
Than you press the "weiter" button (continue).

Than you see a page where you just be informed about the shipping cost, again press "weiter"(continue).

Next screen you may choose how to pay. For all which are not from Europe paypal will be the option of choise. Europeans may also choose "Vorkasse" what means by banc transfer.

Press again "Weiter" (continue) and on the next page you get an overview of your order and here you have to confirm the order by pressing "Bestellen".

Hope that works for you.

If you have any problems, please let me know.

Michael

Life should be simpler.

I'm in UK.

How much is the figure including shipping to me?

Do you accept PayPal?

Shipping to UK as to most european countries is 3,20 Euro
So figure (3,45 euro) plus shipping to you would be 6,65 Euro.

Yes paypal is accepted

thanks Michael for making it possible to sell that miniature, I wouldn't be able to make it by myself.

By the way, we will use all the money we would get from selling of Prof to finance the next special LAF fig  ;)

And lads, we do apologize for not having an english shop, no worries, it will come, at the moment just send a PM to Michael if you don't manage it with the german shop. We hope for your understanding   :)

Have you done any decisions about the next LAF miniature? Will it be Helen?

Thanks - what a bargain  :)  I've ordered through the shop following your instructions.  Still a wild and mysterious ride as I don't read German, but also a thrilling challenge which I accepted as an Adventurer would  :)

(In reality, fellow English only people, it wasn't that difficult.)

Reminds me when a college accidentally changed the language of the espresso machine to japanese ('I didn't do anything, honest!' and we had to undo it with the now completely useless menu.  lol

I was quite excited when I saw the words "Auf Lager" next to the pic of the Prof,

http://www.miniaturicum.de/product_info.php?products_id=5280

but was slightly saddened to see that it actually means "in stock" rather than "with free can of lager" [the British name for "bier"] as I was hoping  :(

Never mind, I ordered two figures to make up for the disappointment, but being a complete buffoon, could not work out how to do it in Deutsch, so had to PM Michael  lol

Where's the "embarrassed" emoticon gone, BTW, as it's one I need to use regularly.....

I managed it through the shop eventually. Good old Google Translation toolbar!  :D

Michael did send a very helpful e-mail, so I'm sure any other non-German speakers will be able to buy the figure from him with no problems.

BTW, I also got two. One will be used as it is for pulp etc and the other will get a hand swap for one holding a revolver, for use in VSF etc acventures. The hand holding the Mauser will be added to the Wild West figure the revolver will be removed from, for use in "Firefly" games. I suppose I could use the Mauser for very late 19thC games, though.

I think the "broom-handled" C96 Mauser is my favourite ever small-arm  :)
