How about using the West Wind vampire children as changelings?
Given the size of the fantacide fae, perhaps some 10/15/20mm figures might be of use?

The Tale of War dryads look quite evil:

There are a lot of great goblin and fairy types in some of the Reaper Familiar packs you should check them out. I have a goblin in 18th clothes and glasses from that range.

Thanks for the link. The faeries look great but unfortunately are probably too small to go with my 28mms.

Sounds like an interesting project Dave. I wonder if the Vendel (ex-Vendel now) goblins would do you. They were cloaked and kind of traditional, as I recall. Not sure who carries them now. someone in the States I think...

Sgt Majors Miniatures
there are a few in pointy hoods

there was a spot on ebay that sells resin pumpkin headed figures and a child
search Mr Pumpkin Hyde
Battle Forge has some halflings that I think could be painted up as brownies
Turnip head scarecrows from Disturbia
GW night goblin net teams and Ogre Kingdom Gnoblars and giant bats
Elfball Gnomes and Deadlings, evil tree stumps
Mushroom men, Reaper, D&D, Wyrd, Partha? Kromlech make some evil looking small regular mushrooms
Pathfinder Battles make some big head goblins, some mounted and gnomes, mites and wendigo
the new goblins for LoTR
Reaper mites
The Goblin Factory produce a very well made group of goblins, unarmored about 20-22mm tall, they have wolf riders to.
the Harvest Golem from a world of warcraft
pumpkin head scarecrows form Rapier
pumpkin monsters from Victory
Ultraforge Fantasy tree lord
Tor Gaming Relics, stuffed evil toy things, Nuem, evil dwarfs
ZombieSmith, in their fantasy line

I used to be with it, but then they changed what it was. Now what I'm with isn't it anymore and what is it seems weird and scary.
