German Revolution buildings??
« on: 07 January 2014, 11:19:36 PM »
Does anyone have any recommendations as to who offers buildings (storefronts, housing, and general architecture) that are suitable for gaming the German Revolution?

I use brick or stone buildings picked up from a number of sources. The majority are kits of brick buildingd purchased from our LAF brother Skrapwelder but you can also find useful buildings from Hovels, Miniature Building Authority, Grandmanner and Ziterdes

Hello,

the question is the size, you are looking for. Betwen 1/72 (Italeri) and 1/220 Z-gauge (zierlich), there is a real wide field.
The german revolution 1919 was driven by the poor city people and the soldiers (not the officers) of army and navy.
If you would look out for brickbuilded houses, you can`t get wrong.

Yours, Sebastian

Here are plans for paper models of Berlin houses:

I've been planning for ages to upsize them to 1:56 or whatever looks good, but never came to it.
