Deep recessed slotta base
« on: January 09, 2014, 07:39:55 AM »
Does anyone make a deeply ressessed slotta base, the 25mm style rather that the rounded edge style. I have some reaper bones I would like to base so they match better my slotta based minis, so I am looking for something which would take the base in to the recess so the feet are at the top of the base.

Thanks in advance

You could consider cutting them off the base.
It's not that hard to cut away the base with a good, sharp X-Acto knife.

That's one solution, I just glue them onto the bases and use some putty to create a slope between base and mini.

I do that with metal minis  :)

That is what I do to make water bases.  Takes a bit of work but when they are done they look great.
