6mm GZG Mechs

My first painting for this year, and in a few months. I decided to continue working on my mech force (which has only about 30 mechs and powered armor to go), when I'm done with it, I can start on the opposing tank army.

The big guys are about as big as a 15mm figure, the smaller scouts about half that size. One of the scout walkers had a casting error on one leg, which I brushed black (hopefully making it look like battle damage - though it's not really something you notice anyway at that scale).

All minis are GZG.

It's nice to actually see some pcitures of these. Pictures of GZG's 6mm range seem rather scarce.

Well, if I keep up painting, there should be a few more pictures this year But yes, it's kind of weird that even the online shop has so few pics. I bought most of these blind.

Very nice painting.

Living close to Eureka Miniatures I am fortunate enough that I can browse the range (whiich I did when I converted Sentinels and gun trucks for an Adeptus Mechanicus Epic army).

Fiddly little basterds... I was considering adding more detail, but I think not. Maybe a highlight on the orange eye.

I intend to use Dirtside II, and I've got the rules printed + ready to be bound together. Since I disliked the original cover (too retro for my taste), I made a new one. Here it is.

Had a lot of fun playing Dirtside.
Like those colour schemes, nice combination of the blue and tan.
