Hopefully the International Brigade can do better this Thursday, they certainly had the upper hand in our last game until you fluked killing both Junior Leaders!

What is the Spanish for "played for and got"  ;)

I shall look forward to it. I need to get a small unit of Moros (scouts) as a support option for La Legion.

Not sure how i ended up as the Fascist player here!!? Get your Moors painted chap; i want to dust off the Peoples Militia.

Salud!

My 3rd game of CoC/SCW tomorrow with Scrivs taking over command of the Brigaders again.

Lesson learned this end - no Off Table MMG support for me. Bums on seats from now on  ;)

My tools are in perfect working order, thankee, as is their wielder  :D

There are more than one way to skin a cat than to kick its ******** teeth in! That said, i'm sure that i have only scratched the surface of the nuances in CoC.

Actually, the OT/MMG worked perfectly well, other than i rolled a 1 in the 2nd turn and the Support trollied off to another section of the front. It suppressed the Brigaders MMG that had set up on the Church roof until i could bring the fire-power of the sections to bear.

My point was that I was sweating in the 2nd game as i didn't have anything that could affect the BA-5 and T26. Or so i thought at the time. The LMG can actually force Armoured Cars to retreat back to cover. I'd have to check whether that applies to the Tank too. [EDIT: LMG/MMgs, that are not Pinned or Broken and at Close Range may target the vision ports etc of Armoured Vehicles and attempt to force them back [9.3.3]]

Cheers,

Jamez
