After I looked back over the pictures I realized something that made me curious. I am used to a sli-ghtly different 'basing pattern'.

Then my brain finally engaged. Heh. Reference points give the old eye a visual cue to size.

These are 25mm - 28mm?  I'm guessing not 15mm. ???

I like what I see here. Truly haut.

Absolutely sick to deth.

Truly excellent work and a fraction of the cost of 28mm.... except in true Irish fashion they are mounted on 1 Euro coins  ;)

Well... sadly that might be the case. I haven't priced steel washers recently though. I don't actually know what coins V used, there is a variety of British or Euro small change that would do the job though.

British gamers often live on the edge of illegality.. it is actually an offence to use any coin in such a way "Defacing a coin of the realm" it's called. Hopefully they will go easy on me and charge me by the army and not each individual figure  lol

Now... decision time, heads or tails....  :D

The British 2p is my base of choice.

I find the Queen has a large, flat face so it's best to use that to stick the model to.  :)

I use 1p's for WW2 and 2 cents pieces for moderns.

I then use repair washers and 2p's for multiple bases.
