(COMMERCIAL) Any body used North Star website?

Hi guys,

I used North Star Military Figures to make an order today. I entered all my details, including email, pressed the order button. I got a screen saying my order had been made and checked my email folder. Nothing there. Checked it again a couple of hours later. Nothing there. Is this normal? Usually online shopping includes auto emails to confirm the order, but not in this case. Should I be concerned, or is it just a case of an antiquated website?

Hmm not sure it may be they process them separately, if paypal you would get an auto reply if their site may be a delay ?

Yeah, perfectly normal. I think they process them separately, so you get notification of your order once they've looked at it. Usually a couple if hours, sometimes the day after if they're busy. No need to worry.

This. Confirmation comes after the order is placed on the next working day in my experience. You'll probably get one today or tomorrow.

Last order I made I got the e-mail confirmation the day after it arrived in the post 
It was at the start of the january sale though.
