MYTHOS card game anyone?

I bought a starter deck and used to buy booster packs until I had all ever published cards, but never played it. Does anybody here? I don´t see it in stores nowadays and wondered if it ever was any popular or if it was just me who was fascinated by the concept.

I was fascinated by it as well and bought a few sets etc but never got around to playing it.....similar to the game and lead pile  I believe it is still going strong however can't help otherwise!

The funny thing is that while I never bought it, I used to read about it years ago in a CCG magazine (I do play Magic and used to play other CCGs too), and that's actually how I first heard about HP Lovecraft.

We used to play a lot, and buy boxes of boosters for silly cheap prices.

We haven't played for a while, but used to enjoy the narrative and the way the game play developed. Built quiteA few themed decks, too.

Only down side was there was never enough "travel by car" cards, so we always ended up using the "travel by camel" to roam around New England.

Some interesting artwork, too.

I have a medium collection. I really like the cards. Played some solo games but never against anyone.

Great game. One of the first CCGs that didn't center around combat. I used to have a strategy and deck website for the game many years ago.

I still have some sealed Starter Decks if anyone's interested. Not sure what I'd trade them for -- maybe some display-level painted Cthulhu miniatures??

Got it, played it a lot and even managed to win a comp at Convulsion years ago....

I still love it, but my group has replaced with the CCG/TCG now

Some of the art was absolutely terrible!
