« on: 08 February 2014, 02:36:36 PM »
TableTopScale.com has just released "Explorers" as part of its Force20 Fine Scale Miniatures range.

DS-03  Explorers: In the hot, dusty deserts of North Africa prior to WWII, explorers, who will
be the core of the LRDG, survey and map terrain and learn from the locals. Dressed in a mixture of clothing they are anything but “uniform”. Set includes a surveyor with sextant, mounted Bedouin warrior, and other characters.

Force20 Fine Scale Miniatures are produced in 20mm scale white metal with standard packs containing five figures and Diorama Special (DS) packs containing 9-10 figures. DS-03 has a SRP of US$11.99

Force20 Fine Scale Miniatures are available from TableTopScale.com, Elhiem Figures, and Sgt. Major's Miniatures.

Very nice. Damn shame these won't be in 28mm!

28 mm  ? +1  ;D
Dans les situations critiques, quand on parle avec un calibre bien en pogne, personne ne conteste plus. Y'a des statistiques là-dessus.

I'm just impressed they are 20mm. I'd have to melt them with a lighter to get them to fit in with most of the 20mm figures I used to own back in the day.

it's not about the age, it's about my eyes (yes it is a bit age related) and the hand-eye coordination, which is declining....
(but can be trained)
anyway, I won't start a new scale now..... that's the main flaw of it - 20 years ago I still had some 20mm in mind....
