A Horse is a Horse Unless of Course Parts I, II & III

A Horse if a Horse of Course of Course Unless You Have to Paint Loads of the Bleeders Part II !

Here's the second in the feature on how to paint up horses as quickly as possible and still have them look OK on the table top...

I do pretty much the same thing, but then give them a final wash which really makes them pop. Good article...thanks for sharing as I was wondering if there was another way of painting them up more quickly than what I was already doing. I think your horses look great.

Yeah, a lot of work to do but it will all be worth it in the end and should prove to be a game to remember (I hope!).

especially the Duke of Mantua piece.

He's actually half done. Just got and few more brush strokes to go and then to to figure out what sort of water effect I am going to use  o_o :)

Useful article. I'd be very happy with your 'fast paint' results any day. I used to hate painting horses until I startedd looking at articles on how horse socks, blazes, muzzles, etc. worked and now I find I enjoy it more.
