First of all, either I'm a lot further away from my computer screen than I think or that image is outrageously small.

But from the little I can see it looks like an Ork Dreadnought (or Killer Kan) with Vickers MG's for arms.

looks like a scratchbuild walker, largely inspired by GW's own .... but at such a distance, it can be just anything :S

Thanks Mason, but I know Tobsen's website, 
(ordered a couple of flyers from him last week in fact)
but I was after the tactika 2014 website, so I can see if it is a converted walker or an as-yet unreleased one.
(I should have been clearer, I know)
