gentlemen , where did you find the shrouds you use for your ships ?

Made by vertical threads and knotted in horizontal threads. Is there another way?

...Hey folks, listen, this is our French language lesson today: "Au temps pour moi !" is something that the French military say when they recognize they just have said something obviously very stupid, but they wouldn't say "excusez-moi", so they say that.

I've seen a jig in a model shop to make shrouds a bit easier/quicker.

i have seen it too , but a bit expensive for a one shot use

Maybe you could make shrouds for other people to get back some of the cost?
