Here's the first part of my SagaViking army - two and a half points of hearthguard built with Gripping Beast plastics. I'm very happy with the results, and on the strength of these I'm pushing on with the rest of the army.

Here's a taster shot, and there are a few more, along with a review and writeup, over on my blog:

Great stuff Mitch, the plastics look great.  I just finished with 6 points for Vikings and now I'll do some Anglo-Dane Huscarls and Warlord for that force, and just share the warriors and slingers.  I'm using the Saxon plastics and they are really great.  Easy to do simple conversions as well.

Keep up the great work!

Awesome...the Gripping Beast plastics are simply superb.  While I don't (yet) game the genre/era, I have a box or two, and they're some of the best plastics I've ever had.  I used some for some fantasy figures a bit ago.

Nice work!
