We shouldn't praise him this much, he works with architects. "I've seen better" will make him feel more comfortable :D

Many thanks gents  :)

Mind if I ask what colours and method you used for the straw cape?

I think I started with Leather brown shade (these are all Foundry colours) and worked up from there. No particular triad was used, just lighter and lighter shades of suitable straw colours, it wasn't painted evenly either (although it doesen't look that way in the photos). Hope that helps  :?

To be honest, most of them are very impressed with what we do  ;D

Remember that we are talking about architects. It's not like they get much social interaction or outside stimulus...

That's right, game on Thursday!  :D

All Perrys apart from three Old Glory which weren't too bad really apart from some dodgy casting  :?

Can spot the old glorys from a mile off due to the faces. Did a good job of them though.

Curious...might I ask about your camera set-up and details?  Digital photography is an elusive and cruel mistress, and I am always looking to improve my meager skills at it. Your group shots are great, I need to try to emulate the results, so I get a focused shot on the whole group, instead of one or two of the minis.

The "trick" is not to be so close. Pull your camera back to get a better depth of field. Then use your photo editing software to crop the shot you want.

Yes, lighting and f-stop also contribute, but moving back really solved the problem for me.
