I think they might be Jim
The Victorian Outpost

Its a new gaming place in Grimsby with new terrain and new scenery, lots of respect for all wargamers and is the best place to game in town.

Anybody who wishes to visit the venue to arrange a game then  just pm me and lets roll those dice.

I'm sure i have some perry acw plastic cavelry arms spare that i could use. I think you get a couple of standard bearers arms in there, might have to knick your idea for the cav. Still thinking about converting their artillery as well.

I had a crack at converting a figure, i used a ACW confed, and put a neck cover on the kepi, i used two paper clips for swords, which i easy could mark the sword hand with grooves i then used green stuff for belt ect... looks ok for a first try, will take a photo of it this week and show you.

I am going to have a crack at converting flag bearers soon, wish me luck lol

You could try Redoubt miniatures, they sell seperate heads with havlocks, I think Steve Barber does them as well and might match better size wise, I converted some of the perry plastic confederates with the Redoubt heads, bit big but work okay. I can put up a pic if you want,
On the cavalry front, how would you go about removing those beards!
