Z-95's for X-Wing
« on: May 04, 2014, 05:44:20 PM »
found these handy threads:

http://www.afewmaneuvers.com/topic/1098-my-z-95-headhunter-squadron/
http://www.afewmaneuvers.com/topic/717-amtertl-conversions/

both of which use the X-wings from the old ERTL/AMT Hoth kits (Rebel Base and ATAT ones) to convert into Z-95's - apparently they are exactly the same scale as the X-wing X-wings.

I know some folks have used the AMT Falcon and Transport, so they must have some of these kicking about as well....

That's pretty cool work, but with the Z-95 coming out next month, I'm not sure it's worth the effort to convert your own and then have to scan and print the cards/base marker.

ah, don't follow X-wing so didn't know official releases were on the way - although assuming they will be around £9 a pop, this still may be a cheaper option  :D
