I like your choice of colors.  All brown-shades but the inside and outside of the cape and the tunic colors still contrast.  Good job!

I'm struggling with that right now with a bunch of HF barbarians, trying to get different browns to look different, all the while doing at least 3 coats and a wash or two and then highlighting.
