It's still showing on the home page, but when I go to checkout, it's just 10%.... 

You have to be a premium member; register (it's free; no cost, gratis  ) and you get the discount. I just logged in and it still showed the dicounted price (WW II).
On the lefthand side under the headin "help" you will find "Register for Premium Membership"

Black Tree has a long reputition of bad delivery and service, however I was brave enough to order a few years ago and all went fine and smooth, so I guess they really improved.

That's what I've been hearing. To add to it, a mate of mine ordered a swag of Cybermen to use as 40k Necrons, order arrived quickly and correct.

Still waiting from two weeks ago.  I sent a message asking for a slightly quicker delivery which I was happy to pay for as I'm only in the states until tomorrow, no reply, no items.... I'm going to contact paypal and start the dreadful process...ugh. I hate these experiences as they make me hesitant to do business with these small companies.

Well, I gotta admit, sad I didnt get the minis, they looked great, but they just refunded me asap.

I sort of thought so which was why I emailed them right after the purchase to explain my situation.  Bummer, I really like the minis but was a bit turned off after 10 days passed without a response.  Even just to say that they couldnt accommodate my problem.
