How to post pictures:

copy the URL of the picture, for instance - https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/-4a9q8to4EHA/U26p7G5auTI/AAAAAAAACew/xnhxCl5foN0/s640/blogger-image-262049258.jpg - and paste it in your post

then select the URL with the mouse and just click on that little icon with the picture in it (second one from the left):
