Tercio creativo minatures

Does anyone no if these miniatures are 28mm scale. Its hard to tell and there are varying scales quoted on the web. They're lovely miniatures but obviously if they are 35mm they're not compatible with other miniatures in 28mm scale.

They're huge, probably around the 35mm zone. It's a shame as the sculpts are fantastic.
