'Playing with himself' is probably closer to the actual translation...  ;)  lol

Excellent painting on the mounted figures.
Can't wait for the follow up report of the battle.

Patience Knob Cheese. :D

Is that Jim's Comanche name?

Apparently the leader of the Texas Rangers is a fellow by the name of Richard Cheddar  :D

I'm pretty sure Dick Wad and Patience Knob-Cheese were 80s porn stars, maybe they've gone mainstream  lol

Outstanding photos Bald Eagle, them Comanche are going to need some urgent reinforcements, drums say maybe next week  :D

Did you paint that lot using army painter dip (or at least the horses) per chance?!?

The Comanche have a thinned coat of army painter but not the taibo or Mexicans, the horses were done in oils.

Archivists researching the Battle of Lester's Creek (as the action became known) have discovered a picture of Chief Spotted Pony taken a few days after the event.  It appears the Chief is in a thoughtful mood and the handwritten note on the back of the photo, "Spotted Pony contemplates his defeat at Lester's Creek" can explain the reason.

It looks like 'Runs With Shetland Ponies' to me.....
