These are proper job. I've got a handful of the RT Elder plus a 'war robot' waiting to be painted at some point. They won't look anywhere near as good as these, but the inspiration is much appreciated.

Cheers for the kind words :)

They do look like proper paint jobs.......at a distance  ;D. Look a them too closely and all the mistakes rear their ugly heads  :-[

Next up will be a Space Elf dreadnought. Hopefully I can get him done today.

it's like that scene in the crying game.  Once you've seen it there's no going back. Lol.

Another squad to add the lot;

I painted these a while back, but totally forgot about them.

I wanted the rangers to look quite weather beaten, and different from the rest of the eldar.

Very nice. I've got about 12 of the scouts myself but I probably won't get to them for a few months at least. They do look good in the dark and moody colours.

Cheers.

The ones at the back came out too dark as I overdid it with the black wash.

I must say my favourite is the one on the far left, but I am a child of  2nd edition 40K - even when things are dark and gritty I still like them to be bright!

I wouldn't worry, dark they may be, but they do look like a gritty dark, no doubt emo and angst-ridden, lot! I really like them. (hard to undo a dark wash though...)
