The new Falange Centuria get an outing
« on: June 27, 2014, 10:20:52 PM »
On my new battle mat.

Yesterday evening my newly painted Falange Centuria had their first outing against James International Brigade using the rather excellent Spanish Civil War supplement for Chain of Command.

We set up the table, randomised the Probe scenario and that I would be the attacker.

Fine looking game.
We all know what happens to new figures in their first battle. :-[
Now they are blooded, they will kick ass next time.

Thanks chaps. I think these chaps have a few more kickings coming their way, I think James has a lot of frustration to take out on them  ;)

In truth, the game was a lot closer than most of the Milicianos v Moros we played in the campaign. It'll be interesting to see though how Paul gets on without having access to Moors ...  ;)
